2. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

- Respond promptly to communication requests
- Make timely payments as agreed
Delays caused by lack of cooperation may affect results and timelines.
3. Payments & Fees
- All service fees will be agreed upon before project initiation.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services.
- Advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are separate from our management fees unless stated otherwise.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. No Guaranteed Results
While we strive to deliver the best possible outcomes, digital marketing results depend on various external factors including competition, market trends, and platform algorithms.
We do not guarantee:
- Specific rankings on search engines
- Specific sales or revenue targets
- Approval of ads by advertising platforms
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, strategies, and materials created by Printaidpro.com remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- After full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables may be transferred to the client.
- Clients may not resell or redistribute our proprietary strategies or materials without permission.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Hosting providers
- Payment processors
We are not responsible for policy changes, account suspensions, or decisions made by these platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Printaidpro.com shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Business interruptions
- Platform account suspensions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the previous 30 days.
8. Confidentiality

Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Upon termination:
- Outstanding payments remain due
- Ongoing campaigns may be paused
