Digital marketing services require time, strategy, labor, and resources. Therefore:
- All payments made for services are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds will only be issued in specific circumstances outlined below.
- Advertising spend paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is non-refundable by Printaidpro.com.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable once work has started:
- Paid Advertising Campaign Setup & Management
- Google Ads Management
- Meta Ads Management
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing
- Website Design & Development (after project initiation)
- Strategy & Consultation Services
3. Eligible Refund Situations
A refund may be considered if:
- Work has not yet started on the project
- Duplicate payment was made
- Billing error occurred
- Service cannot be delivered due to internal limitations
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment.
4. Website Design & Development Refund Terms
- If cancellation occurs before design work begins, a partial refund may be issued.
- Once design concepts are delivered, payments are non-refundable.
- Once development has started, no refunds will be issued.
5. Monthly Retainer Services
For monthly services (SEO, Ads Management, Social Media Marketing):
- No refunds for the current billing cycle once work has begun.
- Cancellation requires written notice before the next billing date.
- Services will continue until the end of the paid billing period.
6. Advertising Budget
Ad spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta:
- Is controlled by the advertising platform.
- Is subject to their own refund policies.
- Is not refundable by Printaidpro.com.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Legal recovery actions
- Permanent service suspension
8. Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
